Role Overview: As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you will: Lead a Team: Oversee and support a team of 3–5 Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering professional development Manage a Tailored Caseload: Maintain a reduced caseload focused on your preferred specialty areas Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team, including Speech Pathologists, to deliver comprehensive client care Serve Diverse Clients: Provide services to both NDIS and private clients, with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic-based work and the option to work from home Engage in Ongoing Development: Participate in leadership development programs, internal training, and mental health and wellbeing initiatives designed to support you as both a clinician and a leader What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Previous experience providing supervision WWCC or ability to obtain one Minimum 3 years of postgraduate experience Interested in this position?
